A Dyson sphere, one atom at a time.

NanoGenesis is a free idle game that runs entirely in your browser. You start with a single nanobot swarm and a protostar, and you finish with a Dyson sphere wrapped around a star. Progress saves in this browser, and there is nothing to download.

What you do

• Mine the star system. Send your swarm to harvest carbon, silicon and iron, then research rarer elements as each star era unlocks.
• Build and combine. Refine matter up a five-tier production chain. Twenty units of one tier merge into a single unit of the next.
• Upgrade and automate. Spend your stock on a branching research tree so the swarm keeps working while you are away.
• Wrap the star. Fund a Dyson sphere across seven build stages, then ascend to the next stellar class with permanent bonuses.
